Melt butter in a stockpot or an oven in medium heat. Use your onion, carrots, and celery in the port. Stir in occasionally, until it is tender which takes around 3-4 minutes. Then bring in the garlic, and star until fragrant. Whisk in your chicken stock, and bay leaves.
Take your salt and pepper, and add it to the pot. Add the chicken as well, and bring it into a boil. Reduce the heat, and let it simmer. Cover it until the chicken is cooked. That usually takes around 30-40 minutes.
Remove the chicken and let it cool before you dice it into bite-size pieces. Stir in your chicken, and your pasta. Cook until they are tender, taking 6-7 minutes. Finally, remove the heat. Stir in the parsley, dill, and the lemon juice. Season it with salt and pepper.
